Miscellaneous Fees:

• Child (under 12 years of age) without extra bed: 8 USD

A two passenger minimum applies to airport transfer. If transfer has been booked for only one passenger, the customer will be charged for two passengers.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire reservation.

Any cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 3 nights. This policy also applies to no shows and early check-out.

Reservations for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve will be charged additionally for compulsory celebration dinners.

The rate for the Christmas Eve celebration dinner is 2,200 THB per adult and 1,100 THB per child under 12 years of age.

The rate for the New Year's Eve celebration dinner is 3,300 THB per adult and 1,650 THB per child under 12 years of age.
